Border Collie Cross
Info: I adopted Murray from the Calgary Humane Society a few years ago. He was a handful at the beginning, but not long after coming home, he settled into the routine with ease! Murray had come out of his shell and his true personality came shining through. He had been the most loyal companion and I was devastated when he was diagnosed with lymphoma. I made the decision to treat him because I felt I owed it to him to give him the best possible chance at life since he has enriched mine so much. He started his chemotherapy in the middle of November 2009 and he hasn't looked back! He hasn't had any side effects from his treatment and I am so very happy that I made the decision to treat his lymphoma. He is currently in complete remission and is doing amazing at home. Even though I know his lymphoma will return, I am elated that I am able to give him a second chance at having another great year with his friends Jasmine and Cooper. I am so incredibly appreciative for ACTSS being able to help fund Murray's treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
